About the Team

Capricorn Mutual is a discretionary mutual operated exclusively for Capricorn Members. It offers tailored protection solutions specifically designed for the automotive industry, providing an alternative to traditional insurance. Risk Services Executive – Be the Voice of Capricorn Risk

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact by supporting our members and driving business growth? Join our Risk Services Team as aRisk Services Executive, where your expertise and passion for service will help shape the future of member protection.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Capricorn Risk members, responsible for retaining existing business and growing our portfolio through proactive and effective renewal management. You’ll deliver exceptional service, build trusted relationships, and help members navigate their protection needs with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
- Provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
- Collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions.
- Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Qualifications

- Essential: Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification.
- Desirable: Insurance industry experience.
