Pay: $139,860 - $149,485 pa, Level 7 PSCSAA

The team is designing and rolling out exciting initiatives at the forefront of leadership and talent thinking to develop the capability of all staff across the sector.

We’re looking for someone with a record of leading teams and who understands contemporary leadership development and/or talent management approaches.

You’ll design, develop and roll out new talent management approaches and implement and evaluate Building Leadership Impact in the sector.

You don’t need to be a leadership and talent guru or even have experience in this area. But we do want someone who has a passion for learning and development.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and roll out new talent management approaches and implement and evaluate Building Leadership Impact in the sector.
- Lead teams and contribute to leadership development and talent management initiatives across the sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define capability needs and translate them into programs.

Qualifications

- Record of leading teams and understanding contemporary leadership development and/or talent management approaches.
- Passion for learning and development.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusive workplaces.
