If you are motivated by these values, we welcome you to apply to become a Sparkie Job Description ROLE PURPOSE The Coordinator role is responsible for delivery across paid search and social media campaigns; primarily Google & Facebook. This role works closely with the Digital Activation Managers to actively implement and manage campaigns. This includes monitoring campaign performance, optimisations and reporting - making sure that data is accurate and the analysis/insights clearly drive continued performance. Our key focus is delivering best in class solutions for our clients. The Coordinator will become highly proficient with the Facebook and Google Ads platforms, as well as developing client relationship, administrative and presentation skills. KEY OUTPUTS Campaign Implementation • Responsible for the day-to-day workflow on tier 2 & 3 clients, engaging line managers when required in a timely fashion, ensuring no basic errors. This includes: • Working with managers to review client briefs and build digital media recommendations that achieve the best client outcomes. • Smooth implementation and delivery of campaigns within Google and Facebook ads. • Accurate and timely reporting, with the development of clear insights and recommendations. • Implementation of optimisations and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs. Team & Communication • Developing strong working relationships with your immediate team and wider digital activation team. • Strong working relationship with Manager, ability to manage upwards when required. • Developing strong working relationships with the internal client teams. • Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner. Client • Timely and professional client communication. 24 hour maximum turnaround on emails, with a courtesy response on all that require additional time. • Punctual and attentive in all presentation, face to face and WIP environments, taking notes and providing contact reports. Administration • Monthly budgets are loaded with accuracy • Complete monthly invoicing process by set due date SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Preferably a University degree or higher education qualifications • Relevant internship experience • Basic understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape •Basic understanding and/or working knowledge of Search and Social Media marketing. • Experience across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Being comfortable with the analysis of numbers and manipulating data in Excel is particularly valuable.
