About The Role

As we continue to build upon our success, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coaches, to join our school community.

Opportunities on offer are casual.

- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings – 6:15am to 8:00am
- Monday and Wednesday afternoons – 3:00pm to 5:00pm

This role will assist in the delivery of S&C sessions designed for schoolgirl rowers, supporting their technical development, fitness, and resilience. We want someone who can bring spark – pushing athletes to achieve their best while keeping the sessions engaging and positive.

To Be Successful In This Opportunity You Will Require

- ASCA Level 1 (minimum) accreditation in Strength & Conditioning.
- Experience working with youth athletes (rowing experience a bonus but not essential).
- High energy, motivational presence, and the ability to engage and inspire school-aged girls.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR.
