Modern Workplace Engineer page is loaded## Modern Workplace Engineerlocations: Perth, Western Australiatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agotime left to apply: End Date: December 4, 2025 (25 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR-13307**Your role at St John of God Health Care**You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, supporting and managing SJGHC’s desktop / Mobile Standard Operating Environment (SOE), ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.**The Position*** Manage, maintain and operate the M365 environment.* SOE Creation, Maintenance, and Deployment, including Windows and Security Updates.* Device asset life-cycle management processes for endpoint/digital workplace devices, including mobile devices and peripherals.* Delivering against IT processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management.* Experience creating and developing “As-built” documentation* Producing required reporting and metrics.* Responsible for the development of processes, documentation and knowledge management for End-Point Computing.* Endpoint Management Solutions (SCCM, SOE, Intune, Autopilot)* Microsoft Intune device and configuration management* M365 Suite apps, Office, Teams, OneDrive* Good Understanding of Microsoft O365 and Cloud Infrastructure* Essential 8 methodology and implementation* Advanced Security baseline defining and implementation* Advanced Domain patching and compliance* Advanced Group Policy Management* Advanced Application Packaging skills including version and security controls* Application portfolio and licensing management skills* Advanced PowerShell management* VDI environments* MDM management* Anti-virus software management and application and device whitelisting* Project engagement and support* Continual improvement within the Modern Workplace environment* Leading and conducting training sessions as required by Manager / Supervisor.You will have experience in 3rd Level Desktop/Endpoint support to an Enterprise Environment along with experience in the M365 stack – Intune, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online.
