Your Role:

- 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth – a great work‑life balance

- Hands‑on leadership across a tight‑knit team

- Ownership of dining operations, ensuring smooth, high‑quality service

- Build strong client relationships and represent 28 Villages on‑site

- Accountable for ordering, stock control, budgets, mentoring and training

- Get creative with buffet‑style menus for Breakfast, Crib, Lunch, Dinner & Desserts

- Drive excellence in food presentation, flavour and flair

- Maintain high standards in food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance

- Keep wastage low and quality high through smart catering controls

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef

- A passion for great food—and the creativity to keep things exciting

- Experience in bulk catering or similar environments

- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, menu writing, cost control & rostering

- Commitment to safe, hygienic work practices

Role Requirements:

- Chef Qualification - Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery

- Manual driver’s licence

- Food Safety Supervisor

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)

- Ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol screening

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
