The opportunity

Join the team that keeps the cash flowing and the fun going As a Cash Office Cashier, you will maintain the daily operations of the Cash Office for the business operation of Admissions, Food & Beverage, Retail outlets and Conference & Events for Village Roadshow Theme Parks.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Cash Office and in-park float requirements to ensure all department needs are met on a daily basis

- Balance daily cash takings

- Balancing and maintaining the overall cash office float

- Facilitate activities to ensure compliance with Company governance & audit expectations (cash/wage advance approvals, daily float sign in/out sheets etc)

- Attending to the cash office window

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in cash handling procedures and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task & meet deadlines in a busy office of high volume

- Professional and friendly disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas

- Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills

- High attention to detail

- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality

- Strong Accounting and Reconciling skills

- Intermediate computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work on any day including weekends and school holidays
