Company context

The Reject Shop is now part of global retail leader Dollarama, and we’re preparing for a major transformation in 2026. With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong teams now to lead the change.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our store teams as Seasonal Casual Team Members and help us bring the festive spirit to life.

Growth and transformation

2026 is set to be a huge year. Across the country, stores are being converted, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. While Cairns, Southern Brisbane & Logan may not see the full transformation just yet, we’re laying the groundwork now with new stores, stronger teams and leaders who are ready to step up when the change arrives.
