Role Purpose:

Providing an elevated guest experience is in your DNA - you understand that every plate contributes to a lasting impression. You will need to demonstrate -

- Technical talents that would make any Master Chef judge weak at the knees.
- A collaborative team player approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- You will be ambitious, proactive, and always strive to raise the bar
- You will possess a great respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures
- Your time management will be second to none
- Natural leadership capability - happy to train and support junior members of the kitchen brigade
- You will have availability to work across a 7-day roster including shift work

Please note the successful applicant will require full Australian working rights and will be a permanent resident. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
