The Role
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Insurance team in Adelaide. In this role you will be working on a range matters involving dust diseases litigation for a number of our national and international clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further their career in a growing firm.
Who We Are Looking For
Ideally we are looking for a lawyer with at least 8 years’ PQE with experience in dust diseases (defence) litigation experience. You will have strong drafting skills, a passion for this area of the law as well as excellent client service skills. You will have an outstanding academic history from a well-respected university and excellent knowledge and experience from a reputable mid or top tier firm.
