Location: Rutherford – Postcode 2320 - NSW. Centre: Goodstart Rutherford. Employment Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract - Full time: 38 hours a week. Pay: Up to $36.53 per hour plus Super.

Responsibilities

As a Goodstart Educator, you/'ll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Goodstart Rutherford

- Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. This 75-place centre is Rated as Meeting National Quality Standards.
- Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Rutherford offers a secure setting with strong community links, including easy access to shops, and community facilities.
- Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child/'s needs, interests, and strengths.

You/’ll need

- Cert III / Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
