The Role: Senior and Principal Mechanical Engineer - Coal Handling Design Expert. Inventor Experience required.

Role Overview:
As a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer specializing in Coal Handling, with expertise in pump and pipe systems, you will lead engineering projects, manage design teams, oversee processes, and engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions.

Extensive experience with Inventor is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership: Lead complex coal handling projects, ensuring high standards in design, efficiency, and safety, particularly in pump and pipe systems.
2. Team Mentorship: Mentor and develop engineering team members, fostering growth and technical skills.
3. Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
4. Design Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in coal handling design, focusing on pump and pipe systems.
- Proven leadership in design management and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software, including Inventor.
