About Our Client

Job Description

- Manage day-to-day operations of property assets to ensure smooth functionality.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs in line with organisational standards.
- Negotiate and oversee lease agreements with tenants and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Monitor property budgets and manage associated expenses effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support property-related projects.
- Provide regular reporting on property performance and operational updates.
- Resolve tenant and stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant

- Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field.
- Experience in managing property assets within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting effectively.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage lease agreements.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management.
