What You’ll be Doing

Now hiring multiple part‑time team members to join our Home, Décor, Manchester & Furnishings department at Spotlight If you have a passion for creating beautiful spaces, love helping customers find the perfect home pieces, and enjoy working in a hands‑on retail environment — we’d love to hear from you

- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Sharing your love and skills for craft, sewing, and home decorating
- Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Contributing to sales and helping your store meet its goals

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous retail experience or customer service
- The ability to multitask in a fast environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
