About the role

As a Digital Product Solutions consultant at Nifty, you will be responsible for driving value for clients by designing simple and intuitive Airtable solutions that solve real problems.

You'll design and deliver practical, user-focused solutions using low-code and AI and work across discovery, delivery, change, and stakeholder engagement, helping large teams work smarter and scale better.

What you'll do

- Lead and structure client engagements, building trusted relationships and ensuring the delivery and support team is driving toward clear outcomes
- Map business processes and define how they need to evolve
- Define functional requirements and shape product direction
- Prototype and roll out tools using low-code platforms (we’ll help you get hands-on here)
- Support change and go-lives, including comms, training, and stakeholder adoption
- Contribute to internal IP, offerings, and practice development as part of our growth

- Has extensive experience working in a client-facing consulting role, managing relationships and delivery
- Has driven real-world impact through products, tools, initiatives, or side projects
- Understands and applies product thinking and delivery methodologies
- Has been exposed to change and transformation initiatives
- Can bring structure, clarity, and momentum in complex or ambiguous environments
- Is curious about and understands low-code and AI, and excited to learn through doing
- Has used low code tools either personally or professionally
