About the role

Ready to take your planning expertise to the next level? Join our team at the QCoal Northern Hub Project as a Maintenance Planner and step into a permanent opportunity on a lifestyle-friendly 5/2 roster.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in driving reliable and efficient operations across our heavy equipment fleet. Your sharp planning skills will directly support the delivery of high-performance maintenance outcomes.

Located just 6km south of Collinsville in Queensland’s beautiful Bowen Basin, the QCoal Northern Hub is where opportunity meets lifestyle.

In this role, you will:

- Drive proactive maintenance planning and scheduling to keep our equipment running smoothly
- Manage equipment maintenance systems to boost uptime and productivity across the board

About you

You’re a proactive planner with a knack for building strong working relationships and a passion for keeping operations running like clockwork. You’ll bring:

- A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in a maintenance planning role
- Supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with plant management and document control systems (a plus)
- Solid knowledge of maintenance and planning systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Project
- Experience with maintenance tools (JDE experience will set you apart)
