You will have a robust knowledge of the FAR, having worked to implement it in an operational or consulting role, and bring with you a knowledge of the key components required to bring the governance and risk culture outcomes it seeks to achieve to life. In addition, you’ll bring to the role: - tertiary qualifications in risk & compliance, law, business, or a related field - experience in providing support to senior executives - the ability to shift approach based on the size and maturity of a business, to provide fit‑for‑purpose, practical advice, and drive processes that add value and protect our customers - experience in presenting to and influencing senior audiences - strong analytical, written and verbal skills to communicate risk concepts and deliver meaningful management information, and - proven effective stakeholder management skills, modelling Bupa’s values – Brave, Caring and Responsible.
