FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine. SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3,300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth. Responsibilities

The successful applicant/s will be responsible for daily coordination of the production kitchen activities, including quality audits and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) compliance. They will coordinate activities ensuring productivity and safety standards compliance with an emphasis on quality assurance and continuous improvement to enable the delivery of a high‑quality foodservice.
