My client is a leading FMCG business operating nationally. They offer the security of a long standing organisation and an excellent culture and environment to work in. The whole team is committed to growth and performance while wanting each other to win. They operate across various channels and cover the food category. They are now looking for a Territory Manager or Field Sales Rep to cover their Northern Beaches region
Responsibilities:
- Build create lasting relationships with customers ensuring mutual success through maximising sales
- Grow territory across various channels
- Achieve profit growth targets via best-in-class availability across our vast range of products
- Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
What you will bring:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager or Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have:
- FMCG experience is essential to be considered for this role.
- Successful Territory Management or Sales Representative experience, consistently exceeding company objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation.
- Experience within Retail, Independent Supermarket or bakery Industry, highly regarded.
- IT proficiency including MS Office Teams, particularly Excel, and CRM.
