About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the clinic — ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining excellent client experiences, and supporting our vets and nurses to deliver the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate clinic schedules
- Lead, mentor, and support the veterinary and nursing teams
- Drive a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry standards
- Foster client relationships and ensure an exceptional service experience
About You:
- Previous experience in a veterinary, medical or management role
- Cert IV Vet Nurse Certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Passionate about animal care and team wellbeing
- Confident using practice management software and administrative systems
