About the Role

Seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Electrical Fitter to join our workshop team in Rydalmere. You’ll be hands-on in the manufacturing of electrical panels, working closely with engineering, project teams, and administration to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 7.00am-3.00pm

Location: Rydalmere

Permanent hourly rate: $45 plus allowances plus penalties

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and follow construction drawings for panel manufacturing.
- Mount, wire, and terminate electrical components.
- Maintain and mark up workshop drawings for ‘as constructed’ documentation.
- Keep your work area clean and organised.
- Communicate material requirements and ensure correct receipting and allocation of parts.
- Participate in toolbox talks and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade qualification in Electrical Fitting or similar.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
