Job Spec: As an Insights Consultant with a background in consumer research, you'll apply research skills, creativity and commercial nous to multifaceted commercial problems that have a real-world impact. By understanding and representing the voice of the customer, you will create clarity so businesses can make courageous decisions such as: how to minimise waste, deliver products that resonate, create valuable community services, shape compelling communication strategy and design the culturally relevant brands of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support client conversations, understand problems, and create strong relationships
- Help to create compelling proposals and research programs
- Design research for: pricing choice models, product development, concept development and brand & communication research
- Strong project management skills to set up research through to data collection
- Analysis and synthesis of data sets (Q/SPSS) to uncover crucial consumer insights
- Produce reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action
Required & Desirable skills:
- Previous market research agency experience - essential
- Experienced in quantitative survey design
- Experience of stats packages like SPSS/Q
- Interested in qualitative research methods
- Passionate about culture, behaviour and research technology
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines and priorities with flair
