Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager.

About us

Ghanda Clothing was born in Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with a dream to design and deliver affordable, high-quality garments. Ghanda has grown to be a household name, the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.

The role (Retail Sales Assistant)

You will be responsible for delivering the Ghanda Experience to every customer, handling point of sale interactions and till reconciliation, maintaining store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction, and processing stock deliveries and inventory control.

About you

An ideal addition to the GhandaGang will have:

- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong alignment with our brand and organisational values
- Flexible availability (including all school holidays)
- Your own reliable form of transport
- Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker — we value the right attitude over experience
