Delaware North Australia is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support our dynamic Merchandise department at the MCG, including operations across the MCG Online Shop and Collingwood Shop. What will you do?

- Handle customer enquiries via inbox, live chat, and phone; experience with platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce is desirable.
- Support ecommerce product creation and marketing efforts through content management, photography, videography, and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
- Understanding of product content management (images, descriptions, SEO basics)

More about you

- Experience as an administration assistant with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of product content management (images, descriptions, SEO basics)
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with social media tools and e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- On-site Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm; suited to a recent graduate or student with a can-do attitude and strong time management skills.
