THEROLE:

TheClientServiceManagerworkswithintheSydneyAgencySalesTeamandisresponsibleforensuringanexceptionalclientexperiencethroughtheimplementationanddeliveryofourmostvaluableclientadvertisingcampaigns.Thisrole’scorepriorityistoensurewemeetourcampaigncommitmentsandachieveclientobjectivesacrossintegrated&contentledcampaignsandTier1contracts.Thisroleiscentraltostrengtheningbothagencyanddirectclientrelationshipsbyprovidingbestinmarketserviceandseamlesscampaignexecution.

Workingeffectivelywithinternalteamsandexternalpartnersisavitalsuccessfactorinthisroleasyouarerequiredtoeffectivelymanagemultipleprojectsatonce,balanceinternalandexternalprioritieswhilstmaintainingastrongfocusonachievingclientoutcomes.

Insummary:

- ManageclientcommunicationsinpartnershipwithIntegratedDeliverytoensuresmoothcampaignexecutionandstrongcommercialoutcomes.
- CoordinatelaunchelementssuchasDay1EDMs,airchecks,andreal-timeassetupdatesacrosscampaigns.
- Deliverapremiumclientexperiencethroughregularupdatesandthoughtfulgifting(e.g.cupcakes,studiotours,in-studiobreakfasts).
- Optimiselivecampaignstomeetobjectivesandcontractualcommitments,andpresentwrap-upswithinsightsandrecommendations.
- Collaboratecross-functionallywithinternalteams(Sales,Creative,Talent,Podcasting&Digital)tomaximiseintegrationoutcomes.
- IdentifyanddevelopupsellopportunitiesandcampaignextensionswithAccountDirectorsandtheCREATEteam.

- Provenexperiencemanagingintegratedmediaormarketingcampaignsinafast-paced,client-facingrole.
- Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytohandlemultipledeadlines,stakeholders,anddeliverables.

- Strategicthinkingwithaproactiveapproachtoidentifyingcommercialopportunitiesandserviceimprovements.
