We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Mental Nurse to join our Adult Recovery and Wellbeing Services at a reputable healthcare facility located at 216 Ontario Avenue, Mildura VIC 3500, Australia. As a key part of our team, you will be instrumental in making a difference by providing exceptional care to our community in the heart of north-west Victoria. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an attractive annual salary of AUD 112,091. What you will do:

- Undertake comprehensive mental, social and physical assessments of individuals with serious mental illness.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide acute assessment and intervention for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises or at risk of self-harm.
- Engage in case management and comprehensive documentation for seamless care delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate therapy sessions, providing education for clients and their families.
- Contribute to policy and service development, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.
- Work in partnership with other health providers to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.
- Promote mental health awareness and contribute to community education initiatives.
