About the Role

Our Commercial Banking area is an exciting business providing a full range of solutions to small businesses around Australia. Our customer-focused proposition and enthusiastic, committed team has helped generate significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling
  • Provide high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers
  • Retain and grow existing customers
  • Understand customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals
  • Contribute to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning
  • Meet assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard
  • Engage with existing small business customers
  • Manage a team-based customer portfolio
  • Collaborate with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teams
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions
What You'll Bring:
  • Relationship Management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Portfolio Management: The selection, prioritisation and management of a portfolio of work and/or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver
  • Customer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services
  • Credit Assessment and Management: Assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness
  • Data Analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights
