1300SMILES Springfield Lakes is a busy, five-chair A-dec practice offering a full range of general and high-end dentistry. You’ll be joining a team of experienced clinicians and supported by a strong network of dental professionals and administrative staff dedicated to patient care.
Job Description
What’s on Offer
- Full-time position (5 days per week) in a well‑established, high‑performing clinic
- Supportive environment for clinicians eager to grow and expand their skills
- Access to discounted CPD and our dedicated Clinical Advisory Team
- Modern equipment including OPG, intraoral cameras, cone beam CT, Itero scanner, and access to a denture specialist and lab technician
- A highly skilled and motivated support team, including a passionate Practice Manager, 5 loyal dental assistants, Clinical Coordinator, Admin Coordinator, and experienced receptionists
- Collaborative culture where clinicians are always open to discussing complex cases
- Access to our Clinician Development Program with extensive learning resources
- Visa sponsorship may be available for clinicians from the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and Canada
Qualifications
About You
- Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration (or the ability to obtain it)
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for continuous learning and clinical excellence
- Interest in expanding skills into areas such as orthodontics
