About the Role:

Looking for a Senior Software Engineer I with strong expertise in Rust to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems using Rust, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our technology and products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Rust-based applications and services
- Optimize performance and ensure code reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical strategies
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of systems programming and memory safety
- Experience with distributed systems or backend architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong CS theory, algorithm complexity and data structures
