Part-time Payroll Officer - NFP

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll take ownership of payroll processing for one of the organisation’s entities. This part-time role offers flexibility with 2–3 days per week, increasing to 4 days during January and February. You’ll also benefit from hybrid working, with one WFH day each week.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end payroll for
- Interpretation of awards and entitlements
- Managing back pay and assisting with payroll projects
- Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting

Your Background

To be considered for this opportunity, they are looking for someone with:

- 3–5 years’ end-to-end payroll experience (standalone or within a team)
- Knowledge of payroll awards
