About the department The Outpatient services provides specialist care for women in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Both areas provide care for women, their families, clinicians, research and academic staff. About the role As an Administration Clerk you will provide excellent customer service, provide high quality data entry and general administration duties and ensure efficient and effective service operations. A regular day will see you: - Greet all women and families in a courteous and professional manner - Complete data entry work accurately and within designated time frames - Organise referral management and appointment scheduling - Manage phone, online and health hub enquiries, as well as reception duties About you You will be someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
