Our Rockingham MazdaDealershipis currently looking for a Part Time Warranty Clerk to join our busy workshop. This role would be flexible hours up to 15 hours per week.

A warranty clerk role includes reviewing customer claims, researching warranty terms, making sure the company complies with all warranty specifications, negotiating warranty payments for customers, and settling claims whilst a Senior Advisor will provide support.

The Successful Applicant Must have:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Intermediate skill within the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

Proficiency in Pentana DMS system desirable

Current WA driver's license
