About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Collision Production/Workshop Managers to join our high-performing AMA Collision teams. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our repair centres — ensuring accurate repair methods, quality control, and adherence to estimates.
You'll play a key leadership role, supporting the Centre Manager while guiding, mentoring, and developing our production teams. Whether you're an experienced manager or a hands-on technician ready to step into leadership, this is your chance to take your career to the next level in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines
- A solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
