The Opportunity: Workshop/Production Manager

We/'re on the lookout for a motivated, experienced Workshop/Production Manager to lead our team and drive workshop performance to new heights. If you/'re passionate about people, process, and quality, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

In this vital leadership role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard — every time.

Key Responsibilities

- Champion a safe, clean, and organised work environment
- Oversee vehicle intake and workflow to maximise output and quality
- Coordinate parts, paint, and consumables
- Monitor repair progress, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery
- Drive production targets and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and motivate the team to perform at their best
- Play a key role in the overall success and profitability of the site

About You

- Experienced in workshop or production management within the collision repair industry
- Confident communicator and hands-on leader who leads by example
- Organised, solution-focused, and unafraid to make decisions
- Strong at delegation and workflow management
- Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and results-driven
- Known for your team-first mindset and commitment to quality
