About the Role:

We’re seeking a VDC Animation Specialist to join our innovative VDC team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality construction animations that support major bid submissions and strategic presentations. Your expertise in animation strategy, software mastery, and visual storytelling will be crucial in winning work through compelling, technically accurate visuals. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the creation of high-resolution construction animations using Blender and equivalent software.
2. Developing animation strategies aligned with bid and project goals.
3. Collaborating with planners, engineers, and bid teams to visualize construction sequencing and logistics.
4. Establishing governance frameworks and best practices for animation workflows.
5. Mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in animation techniques.

About you:

You will be a strong communicator with proven leadership in animation strategy and workflow governance; additionally, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D animation, with at least 3 years in construction or VDC environments.
- Advanced proficiency in animation tools; Blender preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and VDC principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Digital Media, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in VDC, BIM, or animation software.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
