Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team at our charming aged care facility, Guildford Village. This is a key personnel role and the perfect opportunity for a proven clinical leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve optimal care outcomes for the residents. With growth on the horizon, this is your chance to be part of a forward-looking organisation offering strong career progression

This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our Guildford Village facility

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership and management experience within aged care
- Excellent knowledge of aged care standards and compliance
- Passion for person-centred care and mentoring others
