**About the Company**:
Based in Bridgewater, our client is a national market leader and premium supplier of quality flour-based products. Due to an internal promotion, they seek a results-driven supervisor who will split their time between an office and the warehouse floor, to lead and mentor a team of ten.

**Primary Objectives**:
Reporting to the Transport and Logistics Manager, you will develop and mentor a team of Leading Hands to assist in general daily operations. In addition.
- Identifying and promoting continuous improvement opportunities in any facet of the work environment.
- Ensuring KPIs are developed, met, measured, and reassessed throughout the shift.
- Guiding team focus to ensure efficiencies are maximized with both people and processes.
- Leading the performance review process, conducting regular reviews, and actioning any issues promptly.
- Ensuring strict food safety, legality and quality requirements are adhered to, along with producing daily and period-end reports.
- Assisting the crew on the warehouse floor, where necessary.

**What you will need to succeed**:
It is important you know how to operate a forklift and have/ be willing to obtain a forklift licence.
