Endurance’s Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world’s cleanest and largest lead‑silver projects.

We’re seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians (Fitters) to join our dynamic operations team. If you’re passionate about improving plant availability and want to be part of a workplace that values its people, this is your opportunity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Executing regular maintenance on our crushing circuit, including jaw crusher, secondary and tertiary cone crushers, screens, conveyors and pumps

- Implementing maintenance processes and strategies to deliver tasks on time and cost-effectively

- Conducting methodical and resourceful fault‑finding and troubleshooting

- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate maintenance records

- Providing technical expertise and advice to the team

- Monitoring asset performance and conducting thorough inspections

- Championing workplace safety and fostering a positive safety culture

What you’ll bring

We’re seeking an experienced Tradesperson with an unwavering safety focus and deep understanding of maintenance philosophies and strategies. You’re ethical, reliable, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while excelling in both collaborative team environments and autonomous work settings.

Essential requirements:

- Trade Qualification as a Fitter

- Current “C” Class Western Australian Driver’s License

- CN Franna Crane Ticket

- Current certifications in Confined Space, Work at Heights, EWP, Forklift and Dogman

- Minimum 5 years post‑apprenticeship experience

- Additional qualifications in poly welding, HR license, rigging and scaffolding

- Comprehensive knowledge of Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022

- Strong grasp of fixed plant maintenance principles and practical application

- Proficiency in Pronto and MS Office applications

- Solid understanding of risk management, dependability management, and maintenance strategies

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
