We're helping over 35,000 customers run more profitable, sustainable farming operations for now and their future generations - and we're looking for a passionate Partner Success Specialist to join our Melbourne team.

What you'll be doing

As our Partner Success Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our accounting partners' long-term success. You'll craft tailored success plans, build meaningful relationships, and help partners unlock the full potential of Figured's platform.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Creating and executing strategic partner success plans that drive growth and adoption
- Building strong relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders
- Leading onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency
- Monitoring partner health and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Collaborating with our marketing, customer success, and product teams
- Turning successful pilot programs into powerful advocacy stories

What we're looking for

Essential requirements:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree; Accounting, Agri-business or Agri-science
- At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance
- Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector
- Experience with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude
- Proven track record in client relationship management
