About the Role

- Location: Katherine, Northern Territory
- Full-time positions
- Level 5
- Hourly rate plus night shift allowance
- Potential earnings up to $100,000 per year (subject to hours worked, overtime, classification, and other factors)

These roles are part of Wilson Security's expansion in the Northern Territory to support existing teams and clients in Katherine. Roles are full-time and located within our Mobile Patrols portfolio, with responsibilities in response and support activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

- 2+ years of experience in the security services industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work a rotating roster, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (24/7, day and night shifts)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Highly safety- and security-focused with the ability to think on the go
- Strong customer service focus
- Respond to incidents calmly and confidently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional reporting skills
- High level of personal presentation and conduct
- Ability to work well in a team and comply with all policies and procedures

Who We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Current and valid NT Security licence
- Current and valid NT Driver's licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods
- Excellent computer and administration skills
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
- Willingness to work day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
