We’re looking for a driven Senior Customer Success Associate to join our Fund Operations (Fund Registry) team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes and operational excellence.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll act as a key operational contact for clients, oversee complex registry and fund processes, and mentor junior team members — all while contributing to Automic’s continuous growth and innovation.
Job Description
What you’ll do
Act as a trusted operational contact for clients, ensuring proactive, high‑quality service.
Support Customer Success Managers with day‑to‑day registry and investor operations.
Manage and review complex transactions, including applications, redemptions, distributions, and corporate actions.
Oversee reconciliations, investor communications, and reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review and approve work completed by Customer Success Associates, maintaining Automic’s service standards.
Collaborate across teams to drive process improvement and system efficiency.
Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance client experience and operational excellence.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in fund operations, registry, or client success within financial services or fund administration.
- Strong understanding of registry processes, investor transactions, and reporting requirements.
- Proven accuracy in reconciliations and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, client‑first mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with registry or CRM systems highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or related discipline (preferred)
