Job Description

Job Summary

We areseeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to manage and growstrategic client relationships in Software Services portfolio. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in client engagement, businessdevelopment, and delivery management, coupled with excellent interpersonal andnegotiation skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can act asthe primary liaison between the client and the organization, ensuring thedelivery of exceptional solutions and driving mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client RelationshipManagement:

- Serve as the primarypoint of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communicationand fostering trust.

- Develop and nurturestrong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, andinfluencers within client organizations.

- Business Development:

- Identify new businessopportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue streams.

- Work with internalteams to propose innovative solutions aligned with client needs andobjectives.

- Negotiate contracts,renewals, and service agreements to drive client satisfaction andprofitability.

- Account Growth:

- Develop and executestrategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling andcross-selling.

- Delivery Oversight:

- Partner with deliveryteams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and inalignment with client expectations.

- Address and resolveclient issues or escalations promptly and effectively.

- Market Insights &Strategy:

- Understand clientindustries, challenges, and trends to position the organization as atrusted advisor.

- Provide feedback tointernal teams to refine service offerings and improve delivery models.

- Reporting &Analytics:

- Track and report onaccount performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, andcustomer satisfaction.

- Present businessreviews to clients and internal leadership, highlighting successes andareas for improvement.

Requirements

- Experience:

- 8–10 years ofexperience in client relationship management, business development, ordelivery management within a Software Services organization.

- Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understandingof software development processes, delivery models, and emergingtechnologies (e.g., cloud, AI/ML, data analytics).

- Client Engagement:

- Proven track record ofmanaging large accounts and driving account growth.

- Skills:

- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solvingand decision-making abilities.

- Ability to managemultiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBApreferred).
