A key player in a strong team
As our new Training Partner, you will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities across our global organization, directly contributing to FOSS's strategic goals and customer value. You will lead these efforts from design to implementation, working closely with skilled and dedicated colleagues.
Reporting to the Global Leadership & Talent Development Manager, you will be part of our global HR team, which includes HR employees in Denmark, Poland, Hungary, and China. You will be based in the FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød.

In this role, you will help drive this process by orchestrating and delivering programs.
We have analyzed the competence development needs and designed a comprehensive learning journey for our group of specialists. Building on this initial work, you will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing learning events for this group.
You will work with modern learning methods, including e-learning, blended learning, and both virtual and classroom facilitation.
You will also contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring that learning and development are closely aligned with FOSS’s strategic priorities, transformation, and growth.
Who are you?
We imagine that you are:
- Experienced in managing and facilitating learning & development programs with up-to-date expertise and a hands‑on, pragmatic approach
- Have a background in a similar role, consulting, or as an HR Business Partner
- Energized by adding business value and driven to get things moving
- Skilled in building relationships across a global organization
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Holding a relevant degree
It’s an advantage if you:
- Have experience with Lean principles and change management
- Have delivered workshops on topics such as collaboration, communication, facilitation, or similar areas
