Job Description

The Company:
I'm working with a well-known business based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs that's looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident with full-function AP, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a stable role with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

The role:

- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Supplier reconciliations and managing the AP inbox
- Supporting weekly payment runs
- Assisting with the month-end close

The details:

- 6-month FTC with a view to go perm
- $90–100k package (inclusive of super), pro rata
- Eastern Suburbs location – close to public transport

You're an experienced Accounts Payable professional who's confident with full-function AP and ready to jump into a busy role. You've got a sharp eye for detail, can manage a high-volume inbox, and know how to keep things running smoothly from invoice entry to payment runs.
You're someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team, brings a positive attitude to the office, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Ideally, you're immediately available to start and are open to something longer-term if it's the right fit.
