Overview

We are quality, on-trend and glamorous We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who enjoys motivating and coaching Team Members to become sales gurus. You will have the opportunity to support the Store Manager with the general operations of our store at Rockingham while developing your leadership skills and business understanding.

Responsibilities

- Autonomy to lead your store and team alongside the Store Manager
- Provide guidance, feedback and encouragement for Team Members to become top performers
- Lead by example and create customer service experiences that are second to none
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support the Store Manager to implement marketing and store promotion strategies in store
- Assist with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store

You will have

- Experience working closely with the Store Manager supporting store operations and sales
- Ability to supervise and inspire Team Members to advance their sales career with us
- A passion, love and interest for working with beautiful pieces of jewellery and watches
- Strong selling background achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
