About the role
At Goldmark, we love helping our customers spoil themselves and others when they celebrate special occasions like Christmas We are looking for energetic Team Members who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the Christmas season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.
To our Team Members, we are known for creating an enjoyable and supportive working environment, and to our customers we are renowned for providing quality jewellery, watches and friendly service.

Responsibilities
- Can provide fantastic customer service experiences for our customers.
- Are results oriented and love selling.
- Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
- Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.
What you will be doing
- Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
- Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
- Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Please also note; Christmas Casual fixed term contracts will end on or before 18 th January 2026 but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
