About this role…
This high-performance law firm is now on the lookout for a self-driven & experienced Litigation Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate level), to handle a wide range of disputes matters e.g. commercial, building, employment, civil, debt recovery, just to name a few

Here you will enjoy having autonomy, direct client contact, court appearances in all Courts & Tribunals (incl. Supreme, County, Federal &/or VCAT), compliance matters including ASIC & ATO investigations, mediations etc. and you will be a pivotal member of their team offering excellent support and Partner mentoring.

About you...
The ideal candidate will be diligent & pro-active, client focussed, have sound integrity and strong technical/drafting skills together with:

- Circa 2+ years post admission experience across broad ranging disputes and all associated Court jurisdictions & Tribunals will be required for this role;
- Solid academics and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential;
- An ability to work autonomously, within a collaborative & collegiate team, will reap all the benefits a talented, litigation professional would expect to find at any city law firm.
- Well developed negotiation skills and attention to detail.
