Overview

Nortwest College is seeking a qualified and dynamic Advertising and Marketing Professional to join our Melbourne CBD campus. The role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Nortwest College’s education programs, with a special emphasis on student recruitment from the Latin American market.

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Salary: AUD 75,000 – 85,000 per annum

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to attract international students, with a focus on Latin America.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional content in both English and Spanish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, consultants, and partners in Latin America.
- Analyse market trends and student recruitment data to optimise marketing strategies.
- Coordinate marketing events, fairs, and promotional activities locally and internationally.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on marketing outcomes and regional performance.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related discipline (mandatory).
- Professional experience in advertising, marketing, or international education recruitment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Latin American cultural and market dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Experience in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
