As aLead Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive. Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

- Gorgeous new service, just opened
- Swan View caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza and an atelier
- Bus stops nearby for easy commute to work
- Opening hours 6:30am-6:30pm
- Working in our Kinder room
- Long standing supportive team to guide you through your career progression
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
