We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enrich the child’s holistic self.
About the service
- Small 62 place service located close to supermarkets and the local gym
- Cater for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 3 rooms and 2 outdoor play areas
- Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
- Bus stops within a 5 minute walk from service for easy commute to work
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching communication with families about their child’s development and fostering active participation
- Opening hours – 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday

About you
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
- Experience in a Lead Educator or educational leader role within childcare
- Willingness to support and guide the team
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Available to open and close when required
- Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Excellent communication with children, families and colleagues
- Contribution to exceeding outcomes for children and educators
